Parking Included

You can park in any of the 4 lots across the street. There is a parking garage to the right of those lots you can use too.
In the room, there will be a parking pass for you to hang on your car mirror for the duration of your stay.

Hi, I’m Michelle! I’m Midwest-born, a boy mom to four, and Nana to five. I love to travel and am working toward visiting all 50 states, with 40 checked off so far. My husband Dennis and I fell in love with Myrtle Beach years ago, and it eventually became our favorite place to escape, recharge, and spend time together as a family. Now we share that experience through Sandy Shells Getaway. Each condo is personally cared for and continually updated so guests can relax, feel comfortable, and make lasting memories of their own. We’re glad you’re here and hope you enjoy our happy place as much as we do.

House Rules

*Please respect other guests by observing the quiet hours from 11pm-8am.

*No pets are allowed per HOA rules.
*No parties and gatherings.
*Do not leave trash in the hallway, there are receptacles on every floor to deposit trash.
*When checking out please return all pool wristbands and parking passes to room.

Payment Policy

When you make a booking through Houfy, the payment is processed securely through Square, a trusted and encrypted platform. This means your payment details, like your credit card number, are never visible to us or anyone else. Square uses the highest level of security to protect your information, so you can book with confidence, knowing your personal details are safe.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to check-in

Notes

We cannot guarantee the weather. NO refunds for stays that are cut short simply due to weather conditions such as cold, winds, and rain in our area. We are a self-sustaining condo. Guests are welcome to use the pools, hot tubs, game room, laundry facility and fitness center at the resort; however, we have no control over those amenities. NO refunds for pool areas or amenities that are closed or under service at time of stay.

*A $150 inconvenience fee will be added if property is still occupied (10am check-out time) when cleaners arrive.
*Linens are provided based on the number of guests and days you registered with at time of booking.
*Daily housekeeping is not included.

You MAY use the fitness center, game room, and laundry facilities, plus all the pools and hot tubs, along with the splash area if you bring children.

You must be at least 25 to rent our condo.

**Pest control is scheduled once a month. We try and schedule when the unit is vacant, but it is difficult to do during high peak season. We ask that you agree to have them enter the room to spray. It's harmless to people and takes 2 minutes to complete. They will knock first and if no answers then they will enter.*
